STUDIO POLICY & COMPANION GUIDELINES Studio Session Policy Our studio is a professional, private space with full lighting and backdrop setups. To maintain focus and creative flow, we strongly prefer solo attendance for studio sessions. If you’d feel more comfortable with a companion for your first shoot, one adult guest (18+) is permitted under the following conditions: Must be pre-approved (no surprise guests) Must remain quiet and non-directive during the session Cannot use phones/cameras in the studio area Cannot interfere with posing or creative direction Companions who become disruptive may be asked to wait outside, or the session may be rescheduled. If selected for a studio shoot, will you attend solo, or would you prefer to bring a companion (e.g., friend, family)
🎨 Creative Comfort & Consent Understanding Your Boundaries We shoot a range of styles, from standard portraits to more expressive editorial work. All poses and concepts are discussed and agreed upon beforehand—nothing is ever assumed. You are always in control of your shoot experience. SHOOT LOGISTICS & PREPARATION Hair, Makeup, and Preparation Consent (Required) I consent to arriving fully prepared for the free casting session (~1-hour duration), including handling my own hair, makeup, and styling to match the described looks or aesthetics in my application. I understand that: No hair, makeup, or styling services will be provided on-site I will come camera-ready (e.g., natural or theme-appropriate makeup, styled hair) Changing facilities may be limited (public restrooms or nearby spots for outdoor shoots) It’s best to arrive shoot-ready to ensure efficient use of time
DELIVERABLES & USAGE RIGHTS Shoot Deliverables (Required) I consent to participating in this free casting session (~1-hour duration), during which photographs will be taken. I understand and agree that: I will receive 10 professionally edited photos (selected from proofs with basic retouching) Video may also be captured if it fits the creative flow, but there is no guarantee of video footage or edited clips being produced or delivered Any video clips provided (up to 2-3 short 10-30 second edits) will be at the photographer’s discretion All images and footage are for portfolio-building purposes I grant permission for their use in the photographer’s promotional materials, as outlined in the Content Usage Agreement below
Additional Edits (Optional Purchase). I understand that I may optionally purchase additional edited photos or video clips beyond the 10 free deliverables, and that there is no obligation to buy. Current pricing is 10 USD per extra edited photo and 15 USD per extra edited video clip. Discounted bundles and full-gallery options are available; examples include: 10 extra photos for 80 USD (save 20 USD), 25 extra photos for 180 USD (save 70 USD), 50 extra photos for 300 USD (save 200 USD), and full session gallery (up to approximately 300 images) for 600-900 USD (custom quote based on shoot length and image count). If I choose to purchase extras, I agree to pay upfront via Zelle, PayPal, or Credit/Debit Card; I will receive my selected edited files within 3-10 days after making my selections from the proof gallery; and my participation in the free casting is not dependent on purchasing extras.
Content Usage Agreement (Required) For good and valuable consideration, I (if 18 or older) or my parent/legal guardian (if under 18) grant NEO Digital Imaging a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute any photos or videos submitted or created during the session (the “Content”). This license is limited to: NEO’s website, official social media, and promotional materials (e.g., digital ads, email campaigns, portfolios, pitch decks) Solely to promote NEO and its services NEO will NOT: Sell or license Content to third parties Use Content for sensitive purposes or AI training without additional written consent I represent that I have legal authority to grant this license.
Parent/Guardian Consent for Minor Participation (Required) I, as parent/legal guardian, consent to my child’s participation in this casting. I understand: This is an in-person photo/video session My child will receive edited content for their portfolio Content may be used on NEO’s promotional channels as described above I have reviewed the Content Usage Agreement and consent on behalf of my child
Legal Agreement & Verification ✔ I confirm that all information provided in this form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. ❗ Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in disqualification from castings, legal action, or removal from our platform.
