At NEO Digital Imaging, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services, including photoshoots, video editing, and membership plans. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our services, all purchases, including photoshoots, video editing services, memberships, and other digital offerings, are non-refundable. Once a booking or service has been confirmed, refunds will not be issued.

48-Hour Rescheduling Policy (Photoshoots Only)
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid losing your booking.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the shoot may not be accommodated and could require a new booking.
If rescheduling is approved, the new date must be selected within 30 days, subject to availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your session without a refund.

Non-Transferable Services
All bookings, memberships, and other services cannot be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a later date beyond our rescheduling policy.

Subscription Memberships
Membership plans and subscription-based services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
