Selected content receives professional editing 4. You receive edited versions for your portfolio/socials 5. We use approved content on our website, social media, and promotional materials This is a portfolio-building opportunity (free exchange)—you receive professionally edited content; we use it for promotion.

CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT UGC Content License (Required) For good and valuable consideration (including professionally edited content provided to me), I grant NEO Digital Imaging a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute content I create and submit (the “Content”). This license covers: NEO’s website, social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and promotional materials Digital ads, email campaigns, and marketing content Portfolio and pitch materials I understand: I retain ownership and can use the content for my own portfolio and social media NEO will provide credit/tag when possible but is not required to do so NEO will not sell my content to third parties or use it for AI training without additional consent I can request content removal for sensitive reasons (subject to reasonable review) I confirm: All content submitted is my own original work or I have proper rights to submit it Content does not violate any third-party rights I have authority to grant this license (or my parent/guardian consents if under 18)
